Del. Court Reverses Trial Court's Denial of Post-Trial Motions on Damages

DOVER, Del. -- The Delaware Supreme Court has in part reversed a lower court ruling on post-trial motions and remanded the case with instructions for the trial court to reconsider damages and address an unresolved issue of state law. Dana Companies LLC v. Crawford, et al., No. 108 and 109, 2011 (Del. Sup. Ct.).

In the same Dec. 14 ruling, the high court denied a defense appeal, saying that the trial court's reasoning for denying the defendants' post-trial motions was "well-reasoned."
