CINCINNATI -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit has upheld a lower court's decision in favor of an insurer, which was found to have paid the maximum coverage under the policies' Product Hazard cap. Bondex International, et al., v. Hartford Accident and Indemnity Co., et al., Nos. 08-4735, 09-3091, 09-3092, 09-3304, 09-3307 (6th Cir.).
