WHEELING, W.Va. -- A West Virginia federal court has issued an order in which it allows CSX Transportation Inc. to contact specific clients of an asbestos law firm that has been accused of fabricating asbestos claims. CSX Transportation Inc., v. Gilkison, et al., No. 05-00202 (N.D. W.Va.).
