CINCINNATI -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit has reversed an asbestos verdict in favor of a former pipefitter, finding that the plaintiff had failed to present any evidence quantifying the amount of exposure to asbestos in the defendant's product. Moeller, et al. v. Garlock Sealing Technologies, No. 09-5670 (6th Cir.).
