Calif. Appeals Court Affirms Non-Economic Damage Award Against Bondex

LOS ANGELES - A California appeals court has rejected a joint compound manufacturer's challenges to a jury's allocation of fault in a mesothelioma case where the defendant made a tactical decision at trial not to assign blame to other, non-party manufacturers allegedly responsible for the plaintiff's injuries.
