PHILADELPHIA -- The judge presiding over the national asbestos MDL has adopted a report and recommendation that granted summary judgment for Georgia-Pacific LLC and Owens-Illinois Inc. on product identification grounds, but denied summary judgment for three other asbestos defendants. In re: Asbestos Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 875; Wingfield v. Georgia-Pacific, No. 09-75119 (E.D. Pa.).
