MDL Judge Dismisses Claims Against 2 Defendants on Causation, Product ID Grounds

PHILADELPHIA -- The judge presiding over the national asbestos MDL has adopted a report and recommendation that granted summary judgment for Georgia-Pacific LLC and Owens-Illinois Inc. on product identification grounds, but denied summary judgment for three other asbestos defendants.
