Utah Federal Court Denies Defense In Limine Motions Shortly Before Case Settles

SALT LAKE CITY -- After three days of trial, all remaining parties in a Utah household exposure case reached a settlement agreement, sources confirmed to HarrisMartin, shortly after the same court had denied defense efforts to preclude evidence at trial.
