SEATTLE - A Washington state appeals court has affirmed an award of summary judgment to Warren Pumps Inc. after the plaintiff failed to show that her husband's exposure to the company's asbestos-containing products were a cause of the former Navy worker's mesothelioma. Wangen v. A.W. Chesterton Co., et al., No. 65258-3-I (Wash. Ct. App., Div. 1.).
