CLEVELAND - Parties to an asbestos settlement dispute that was removed to federal court after Armstrong World Industries filed for bankruptcy protection are now arguing over whether the case should be sent back to state court because, according to the plaintiffs, the case was removed incorrectly. In Re: All Kelley & Ferraro Asbestos Cases v. G-I Holdings Inc., No. 1:00cv20010 (N.D. Ohio).
