SPRINGFIELD, Ill. -- An Illinois appellate court has reversed a $2.6 million asbestos verdict in a take-home exposure case, ruling that the defendants should not have been imposed with a duty to warn the wife of one of its employees. Holmes, et al. v. Pneumo Abex LLC, et al., No. 4-10-0462 (Ill. 4th Dist. Ct. App.).
