SUMMARY: Results have been inconsistent between studies of lung cancer risk and ionizing radiation exposures among workers at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS). Similar risk estimates were observed in the linear ERR model at 10 mSv of cumulative exposure with a 15-year lag.
