Jury Finds for Crane Co., Ford Motor and Dana Companies in California Case

LOS ANGELES -- A California jury has reached a defense verdict in favor of Crane Co., Dana Companies LLC, and Ford Motor Co., the three lone defendants remaining at the time of the verdict, sources have confirmed to HarrisMartin. Morrison, et al. v. Alfa Laval Inc., et al., No. BC441029 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).

The California Superior Court for Los Angeles County jury reached the verdict on May 20 after deliberating for approximately one day. Judge Ernest M. Hiroshige presided over the trial.
