PHILADELPHIA -- A Pennsylvania appellate court has vacated an award of summary judgment entered in favor of asbestos defendant Crane Co., after the court determined that the plaintiffs had established that there was a causal connection between the decedent's mesothelioma and the defendant's products. Linster, et al. v. Allied Signal Inc., et al., No. 2011 PA Super 86 (Pa. Super. Ct.).
