CLEVELAND -- An Ohio appellate court has affirmed summary judgment for one asbestos defendant, but reversed an award of summary judgment to another, ruling that the plaintiffs had sufficiently established that the defendant's product was a substantial factor in the development of mesothelioma. Fisher, et al. v. Alliance Machine Co., et al., No. 94836 (Ohio Ct. App., 8th Dist., Cuyahoga Cty.).
