Virginia High Court Allows Asbestos Plaintiffs To Pursue Claims Against CCR

RICHMOND, Va. - The Virginia Supreme Court has ruled that a dispute between asbestos plaintiffs and the Center for Claims Resolution over non-payment of settlement proceeds does not have to go to an arbitrator, but can be brought as a breach of contract claim in state court.
