HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- A West Virginia federal court has dismissed two declaratory actions filed by CSX Transportation Inc., ruling that the issue of whether a settlement agreement bars asbestos claims is already before a state court and issuing a judgment on the matter could result in "potentially conflicting results." CSX Transportation Inc., v. Collins, et al., No. 10-1099 (S.D. W.Va.).
