Amici Group Backs Mich. Defendant's Challenge to Case Management of Asbestos Docket

DETROIT -- Several groups have filed an amici brief supporting a defendant's challenge to the asbestos docket case management proceedings employed by a Michigan trial court, stating that the court violates the principles of the civil tort system. Avram v. McMaster-Carr Supply Co., No. 296605 (Mich. Ct. App.).
