LOS ANGELES -- A California jury has entered a $4 million verdict against Ford Motor Co., but reached a defense verdict in favor of four other defendants remaining in the case, sources told HarrisMartin. Farag, et al. v. Advance Auto Parts, et al., No. BC431252 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).

The California Superior Court for Los Angeles County reached the verdict on Dec. 13, awarding $4,106,237.00 in damages and allocating 100 percent liability to Ford Motor Co.
