CLEVELAND - An Ohio appeals court has remanded an argument over whether the opinion-work product of a defendant's former employee should be protected from discovery under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Jerome, et al. v. A-Best Products Co., et al., No. 79139-79142 (Ohio App. Ct., Eighth Dist.).
The April 18 decision reverses, in part, a trial court order requiring asbestos defendant Rockbestos-Suprenant Cable Corp. to produce certain documents from a former employee's personal file.
