Mich. Court Rejects Challenges to Testimony of Diagnostic Plaintiff Experts

DETROIT -- A Michigan trial court has rejected defense efforts to challenge the admissibility of two plaintiff asbestos experts, opining in the matter of one expert that the motion was not a proper Daubert challenge, but instead was "really about whether this Court should believe Dr. Ella Kazerooni."
