PHILADELPHIA -- The judge presiding over the federal Asbestos MDL has issued three separate orders in an asbestos case originating from Florida, denying summary judgment to two defendants, but dismissing the claims asserted against General Electric on government contractor grounds. Faddish, et al. v. Warren Pumps, et al., No. 09-70626 (E.D. Pa.).
