Ohio Federal Judge Remands Settlement Dispute Removed After Armstrong Bankruptcy Filing

CLEVELAND - A federal judge in Ohio has ruled that a dispute over payment of a $125 million asbestos settlement should be sent back to state court after one of the settling defendants used another's bankruptcy filing as the basis for removing it to federal court.
