Declaratory Action Filed Federal Court for Allocation of Costs Dispute

CLEVELAND -- An asbestos defendant and one of its insurers have filed a declaratory action seeking a judgment on whether a reallocation of defense and indemnity cost share percentages should be reallocated after a dispute with a second insurer.
