CINCINNATI - A janitorial staff required by their employer to pull rugs from flooring composed of asbestos-containing tile cannot sue the employer for violating their civil rights or allege personal injury claims that fall under intentional tort exception of the state's worker's compensation act, a federal appeals court has ruled. Upsher, et al. v. Grosse Pointe Public School System, et al., No. 00-1763-65 (6th Cir.).
