Court Grants Plaintiffs Extension to File Brief in Component Parts Dispute

SAN FRANCISCO -- The California Supreme Court has allowed plaintiffs until May 25 to file their brief on the merits supporting an appellate court decision that reversed a judgment in favor of valve and pump manufacturers. O'Neil v. Crane Co., et al., No. S177401 (Calif. Sup. Ct.).
The extension was noted in the high court's online docket on May 5. The defendants' petition for review was granted in December and their brief on the merits was filed in March.
