W.R. Grace Claimants Can Go Forward with Fraudulent Transfer Suit

WILMINGTON, Del. - Trial is set to begin Sept. 30 in the fraudulent conveyance case involving now-bankrupt asbestos defendant W.R. Grace & Co. In Re: W.R. Grace & Co., Nos. 01-1139 - 01-1200 (D. Del.).

In an order issued March 10, U.S. District Judge Alfred M. Wolin of the District of Delaware authorized the committees of personal injury and property plaintiffs to prosecute fraudulent transfer claims filed against the company.
