LOS ANGELES -- A California appellate court has continued an oral argument setting during which it will hear a dispute relating to whether a manufacturer of valves could be held liable for asbestos-containing products later affixed to its products. The William Powell Co. v. Walton, et al., No. B208214 (Calif. Ct. App., 2nd Dist., Div. 4).
According to the California Second District Court of Appeal's online docket, oral arguments have been continued to April 15 at 9:00 a.m.
