SAN FRANCISCO - Plaintiffs in the California state asbestos litigation have filed a motion in San Francisco County Superior Court seeking a general order that would better define their burden under a market share theory of recovery against friction defendants. In Re: Complex Asbestos Litigation, No. 828684 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).
Plaintiffs counsel from four California law firms participated in the motion, which was filed Feb. 7 and also includes a request for approving a standard set of interrogatories.
