PHILADELPHIA -- A Pennsylvania appeals court has reversed a trial court decision granting summary judgment to a utility company accused of failing to warn a business invitee of hazards posed by invisible asbestos dust on its premises. Gutteridge v. A.P. Green Services, Inc., et al., No. 132 EDA 2001 (Pa. Super. Ct.).
