WHEELING, W. Va. -- A West Virginia judge has issued a new case management order in which it states that any asbestos lawsuit that relies solely on a B-read or a diagnosing report prepared by Dr. Ray Harron will be dismissed if the plaintiff cannot provide documentation from another physician that supports the alleged claims. In re: FELA Asbestos Cases, No. 02-C-9500 (W.Va. Cir. Ct., Kanawha Cty.).
