CSX Appeals District Court Decision Dismissing Claims Against Dr. Harron

RICHMOND, Va. -- CSX Transportation has filed a notice of appeal of a district court decision that dismissed fraud and conspiracy claims pending against an asbestos plaintiff firm and Ray Harron, M.D., after finding that CSX could not prove it relied on the alleged fraudulent acts.
