PITTSBURGH -- A Pennsylvania court has ended the debate over whether an asbestos defendant can have access to liver donor records, granting a motion to quash filed by the hospital where the records were kept and awarding a protective order as it relates to any donor records. Sweeney, et al. v. Beazer East Inc., et al., No. 09-004759 (Pa. Ct. Comm. Pls., Allegheny Cty.).
