Pa. Court Prevents Asbestos Defendant Access to Liver Donor Records

PITTSBURGH -- A Pennsylvania court has ended the debate over whether an asbestos defendant can have access to liver donor records, granting a motion to quash filed by the hospital where the records were kept and awarding a protective order as it relates to any donor records.
