SAN FRANCISCO -- A California appellate court has affirmed a judgment entered against Thorpe Insulation Co., ruling that there was ample evidence to support the jury's conclusion that the plaintiff's mesothelioma was caused by exposure to Thorpe's asbestos-containing products. Clemmer, et al. v. Thorpe Insulation Co., No. A114714 (Calif. Ct. App., 1st Dist., Div. 4).
