Calif. Appellate Court Affirms Verdict Entered Against Thorpe Insulation

SAN FRANCISCO -- A California appellate court has affirmed a judgment entered against Thorpe Insulation Co., ruling that there was ample evidence to support the jury's conclusion that the plaintiff's mesothelioma was caused by exposure to Thorpe's asbestos-containing products.
