LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles County Superior Court has "reluctantly" denied motions to preclude an asbestos decedent's deposition, saying that while it cannot bar the use of valid evidence, it does not approve of the "games" used to obtain the testimony. Washington, et al. v. American Standard, et al., No. BC376529 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.); Crane Co. v. Superior Court of Los Angeles Cty., No. B215652 (Calif.
