Defendants Challenge Dr. Jeffrey Parker's Opinions In Mich. Asbestos Cases

DETROIT -- Defendants in Michigan are attempting to preclude the opinion of Jeffrey Parker, M.D., claiming that the methodologies on which he bases his opinions fail, evidenced by his diagnosis of asbestos-related illnesses in nearly 100 percent of the patients he saw. Collard, et al. v. Sure Seal Products Co., et al., No. 06-632356-NP (Mich. 3rd Jud. Cir., Wayne Cty.).
