Jury Awards $14 Million for 3 Plaintiffs in Reverse-Bifurcated Trial

PHILADELPHIA -- After the conclusion of the first phase in a reverse-bifurcated trial, a Pennsylvania jury recently awarded a total of $14 million to three asbestos plaintiffs, all of whom claimed that their work on U.S. Navy shipyards exposed them to asbestos.
