DES MOINES, Iowa - A non-disabled plaintiff seeking medical expenses for work-related injuries resulting from asbestos should not be required to show exactly when he was exposed to asbestos for purposes of determining his last injurious exposure to the fiber, a state court of appeals has ruled. Vokes v. American Home Products, et al., No. 02-1479 (Iowa Ct. of App.).
