CHARLESTON, W.Va. - The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals has refused to grant a motion by Mobil Corporation that challenged the procedure by which asbestos cases will be tried in state court over the next several months. State of West Virginia Ex Rel. Mobil Corp., et al. v. Honorable Martin J. Gaughan, et al., No. 30314 (W.Va. Sup. Ct.).
