Raphael Metzger is the principal of the Metzger Law Group, a boutique firm in Long Beach, California, whose practice is concentrated on litigating occupational toxic tort cases – cases in which workers have sustained toxic injuries from occupational chemical exposure. Kiersten A. Martindale focuses her practice in the defense of general liability matters, complex environmental claims, mass toxic tort and product liability actions.
