There is a remote participation option for this event. The registration rate is the same as in-person attendance. While CLE credit is not available to virtual attendees from HarrisMartin, we are happy to provide you with a certificate of attendance if you wish to seek credit on your own for your participation in the event. Those wishing to attend virtually can select "Virtual" when registering. Registration fee of $895 includes admission to all sessions, one continental breakfast, Friday luncheon, refreshment breaks, a networking cocktail reception Friday evening, all course materials, and applications fees for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit in up to two (2) states per attendee.

Registrants who provide notice of cancellation before 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 (one month prior to conference) will receive a full refund. Those canceling after 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, and up to 5 p.m. EST on Friday, January 3, 2025 (one week prior to the conference) will receive a credit, minus a $100 administration fee, toward a future HarrisMartin Publishing conference or publication.

Cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on Friday, January 3, 2025 (one week prior to the conference) are subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. The balance may be applied as a credit toward a future conference or publication subscription. Registrants who cancel after 9 a.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 (48 hours before the conference) and registrants who have paid for the conference but do not attend without giving prior notice of cancellation forfeit a refund or credit. Cancellations of virtual registrations are eligible for a full credit that can be used for any future conference or publication subscription, provided HarrisMartin is notified of cancellation prior to the start of the event. All credits must be used within 12 months of the date they are issued. Note: Substitutions may be made at any time.

If this event is cancelled by HarrisMartin for COVID-19-related reasons, it will be rescheduled at a future date and your registration will be moved to the new date. If you cannot attend on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit to be used toward a future HarrisMartin event and/or publication subscription. No refunds will be issued in the event of a COVID-19-related cancellation.
