Update 12/31: Due to the ongoing litigation in the Reyes-Gonzales case and the impact pending post-trial motions will have on the future of Artificial Stone Silicosis litigation, HarrisMartin has determined -- in conjunction with the co-chairs for this event -- that postponing the CLE is in the best interest of the attendees. The new date for this event is April 8, 2024.

There is a remote participation option for this event. The registration rate is the same as in-person attendance. While CLE credit is not available to virtual attendees from HarrisMartin, we are happy to provide you with a certificate of attendance if you wish to seek credit on your own for your participation in the event. Those wishing to attend virtually can select "Virtual" when registering. Registration fee of $895 includes admission to all sessions, one continental breakfast, Friday luncheon, refreshment breaks, a networking cocktail reception Friday evening, all course materials, and applications fees for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit in up to two (2) states per attendee.

Registrants who provide notice of cancellation before 5 p.m. EST on Monday, March 10, 2025 (one month prior to conference) will receive a full refund. Those canceling after 5 p.m. EST on Monday, March 10, 2025, and up to 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 (one week prior to the conference) will receive a credit, minus a $100 administration fee, toward a future HarrisMartin Publishing conference or publication.

Cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 (one week prior to the conference) are subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. The balance may be applied as a credit toward a future conference or publication subscription. Registrants who cancel after 9 a.m. on Monday, April 7, 2025 (24 hours before the conference) and registrants who have paid for the conference but do not attend without giving prior notice of cancellation forfeit a refund or credit. All credits must be used within 12 months of the date they are issued. Note: Substitutions may be made at any time.

If this event is cancelled or converted to virtual proceedings by HarrisMartin for COVID-19-related reasons, your registration will be moved to either a rescheduled date or to the online proceedings. If you cannot attend on the rescheduled date or choose not to attend the event virtually, you will receive a credit to be used toward a future HarrisMartin event and/or publication subscription. No refunds will be issued in the event of a COVID-19-related cancellation.
