For two decades, Pennock served as chair of one of Weitz & Luxenberg’s national litigation practice groups. He was directly responsible for leading a large national litigation department covering all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial. He has served as lead plaintiffs’ counsel, plaintiff steering committee member, and liaison counsel in numerous state and federal multidistrict litigation (MDL) mass tort cases.

Brad Honnold has more than 30 years of experience trying lawsuits and managing high stake litigation throughout the country. Brad has been recognized by his peers and clients for his outstanding work ethic and everlasting advocacy on behalf of his clients. When he takes on a case, Brad’s clients acquire the benefit of his seasoned legal experience, and extensive knowledge of the law, as well as his ready sense of humor.

Jonathan Orent litigates for people alleging harm by defective medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs, including all aspects of discovery and expert development. He represents women suffering from painful side effects associated with pelvic mesh/sling products, hernia patients harmed by mesh repairs, as well as military service members suffering from hearing loss due to allegedly defective earplugs.

Parvin is an emerging leader within the Plaintiffs’ bar where she represents plaintiffs in mass tort and class action cases.

In January 2021, Parvin was appointed co-lead counsel in the Elmiron Products Liability litigation, a nationwide multi-district litigation against numerous pharmaceutical companies, including Janssen, alleging that the companies failed to tell doctors and patients about the risk of permanent vision injury with the drug Elmiron.
