Hunter J. Shkolnik is an esteemed and dedicated attorney who focuses on the trials of significant personal injury cases, primarily in the area of drug, automobile, aviation-related, and heavy truck product liability litigation.

He leads the discovery and trial teams of various mass tort pharmaceutical and medical device litigations for the Napoli Shkolnik PLLC law firm. He is also active in managing national litigation and plaintiff litigation groups including the American Association of Justice’s Actos Litigation Group.

Elizabeth (“Beth”) Graham

Elizabeth (“Beth”) Graham is a director at Grant & Eisenhofer. She leads the firm’s complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation practice and serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Ms. Graham has spent most of her career as a plaintiffs’ lawyer advocating for the rights of individuals, families and small businesses harmed by large corporations.

Ms. Graham’s expertise spans the practice areas of mass tort, consumer fraud, product liability, environmental, business torts and gender rights claims. She has served as Lead Counsel in multi-million dollar cases, has acted as a member of various Plaintiffs’ Executive Committees in complex actions, and has prior experience as national defense coordination counsel in product liability and environmental litigation.

David Fernandes

David Fernandes joined Baron & Budd’s California office in August 2014. He represents clients across the United States in class action litigation involving automobile safety, negligent banking practices, and deceptive advertising.

Mr. Fernandes was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. While at Pepperdine University, Mr. Fernandes served as president of the Student Bar Association from 2010 to 2011. During law school, he also clerked at the Children’s Law Center of California, which serves as appointed counsel for all abused and neglected children who come under protection of the Los Angeles county juvenile dependency court systems.
