Dee joined Beasley Allen Law Firm in 1991 and has not only been a pioneer of consumer fraud and commercial litigation nationwide, he has demonstrated great leadership resulting in the firm’s numerous record-setting verdicts for clients in many areas of law. In addition to representing clients in litigation, Dee manages the entire Consumer Fraud / Commercial Litigation Section of the firm and is involved in every case being litigated in it.

Notable Cases

Dee is a proven leader in complex litigation on a national level. He has most recently been appointed by federal district judges to serve in a leadership role for the plaintiffs in numerous Multidistrict Litigations (MDLs) throughout the country, charged with the responsibility of coordinating the litigation for the entire country on certain cases such as the Toyota sudden unintended acceleration MDL, Target Data Breach MDL, the Home Depot Data Breach MDL, the Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust MDL and the Takata airbag MDL. He was recently selected to serve on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee for the Volkswagen emissions cheat fraud litigation. Dee has also served as lead class counsel in several class actions, such as Robertson v. Liberty National Life Insurance Company, Gadson v. American Medical Security Insurance Company and Gouche v. Transamerica Life Insurance Company.

A co-founding partner of DiCello Levitt & Casey, Adam is one of the nation’s leading advocates for plaintiffs in class action, mass tort, public client, and commercial litigation, particularly in consumer protection, automotive defect, agricultural, antitrust, and securities litigation. He served as co-lead counsel and recovered more than $1.7 billion for plaintiffs in three of the largest biotechnology class actions in history: In re Genetically Modified Rice Litigation, in which he secured settlements exceeding $1.1 billion for those suffering losses resulting from contamination of the U.S. rice supply with genetically modified seeds; In re Imprelis Herbicide, Sales Practice and Products Liability Litigation, in which he helped obtain a $550 million settlement on behalf of landowners and landscapers in a class action involving tree and other foliage death and other harm caused by DuPont’s Imprelis herbicide; and In re StarLink Corn Products Liability Litigation, in which he recovered $110 million for farmers who sustained market losses on corn crops from contamination of the U.S. corn supply with genetically modified corn. Nationally recognized as an authority on class action litigation, he has pursued actions relating to retirement investment, sales practices, and a wide variety of automotive defects. He served on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in historic litigation arising from the Volkswagen emissions scandal, ultimately helping to secure a $16 billion settlement.

Adam is a leader in the profession and frequent speaker on consumer protection, automotive litigation, multidistrict litigation, biotechnology, corporate governance, securities litigation, and internet privacy. He has testified before the Illinois Supreme Court Rules Committee on class action practice and chairs an annual class action litigation conference in Chicago.

Mr. Stranch practices in the areas of complex litigation (including, securities, class actions, antitrust, shareholder derivative actions, and ERISA 401k litigation), personal injury, Labor and employment, and oversees the Firm's mass tort docket. He is the partner in charge of the Class Action, Complex Litigation and Mass Tort practice group in the firm. Mr. Stranch has served as lead counsel for the firm in numerous cases including In re: Alpha Corp. Securities Litigation ($161 million settlement in a securities fraud suit), Lankford v. Dow Chemical ($4.2 million settlement in a nationwide consumer protection class action). He served on the Executive Committee in Dahl v. Bain Capital Partners ($590.5 million settlement). He has served as Liaison Counsel in In Re: Regions Morgan Keegan Closed‐End Fund Litigation ($62 million settlement). Mr. Stranch has also handled multiple voting rights issues and ballot access cases, including successfully defending the Democratic National Committee in a lawsuit which sought to keep President Obama off the Tennessee ballot. Mr. Stranch is currently on the Plaintiff Steering Committee for the In re: New England Compounding Pharmacy, Inc. Products Liability Litigation MDL and is the lawyer in charge of coordinating all litigation arising in Tennessee. To date over $225 million in settlements have been obtained on behalf of the victims of New England Compounding Pharmacy. He was also recently appointed to the Steering Committee of In re Volkswagen "Clean Diesel" Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation. A partial settlement has been reached for the 2.0L engine cars that is valued at over $10 Billion. The 3.0l claim has received preliminary approval in a deal that is valued at a minimum of $1.2 billion and could be almost $5 billion. The Bosch claim has also received preliminary approval for a $327.5 million settlement.

Henry has extensive experience in complex litigation, including multidistrict litigation, and in recognition of his work he is honored to be a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and recognized in “The Best Lawyers in America” publication for over 10 years. Henry has recently been named one of the Top 100 Lawyers in America. Currently, he serves as co-lead for the entire Transvaginal Mesh MDL representing women all over America. Henry has served as lead counsel in trials involving these products. In addition to acting as co-lead counsel for the overall Transvaginal Mesh MDL, he serves on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee, and is co-lead counsel for the specific transvaginal mesh MDL involving C.R. Bard. Throughout the Transvaginal Mesh MDL, he, along with other members of the firm, have been at the forefront of the litigation. Henry has been tasked by the court overseeing this litigation to take a lead role in resolving this litigation.

Due to Henry’s extensive involvement in the Transvaginal Mesh MDL, he was recently an invited participant at the Duke University Mass-Tort MDL Program for Judicial Conference Committees. He was also recently an invited participated at Emory University to engage in presentations and discussions with Judges and lawyers from throughout the United States on issues of national importance in major litigation.
