In 2002, Tracy Finken Magnotta was named as one of the very first “40 on the Fast Track” by the Legal Intelligencer, a listing of the top 40 young attorneys in Pennsylvania. From 2005 through 2012, Tracy was named a Pennsylvania Rising Star, which recognizes the top 2.5% of attorneys 40 years of age or younger in Pennsylvania. Joseph joined Beasley Allen Law Firm in 2016 as an associate in the firm’s Mass Torts Section. Joseph was instrumental in helping his law partner and Mass Torts Section Head, Andy Birchfield, manage the national multidistrict litigation (MDL) for the blood thinner Xarelto and worked on the trial teams for multiple bellwether trials. He was recently named by The National Trial Lawyers to the Alabama Top 40 Under 40 List, an honor given to only a select group of lawyers for their superior skills and qualifications in the field.

Joseph is now representing individuals who are suffering from severe nicotine addiction and other physical injuries related to the use of JUUL vaping devices.
