Co-Chair R. Dean Hartley, Hartley Law Group, PLLC, Wheeling, WV Show/Hide Bio

Dean Hartley is one of the founding attorneys at Hartley Law Group, PLLC. Just like the rest of his team he has a strong passion for personal injury victims and looks to use his understanding of the law to gain them a just outcome. He has an in depth background practicing personal injury that has allowed him to better serve his clients. He looks to help in whichever way he can, and offers not only strong litigation skills, but a compassionate advocate as well. He has witnessed too many insurance companies and corporations with immoral practices that try to take advantage of workers, giving them less than they deserve.

He makes it his place to step in and fight on behalf of those harmed on the job from exposure to toxic chemicals, an accident or the daily strain of their job. Since entering the legal profession, he has continually sought to advance his knowledge of the state laws on personal injury and to better understand more effective tactics when seeking relief for clients. Having a skilled attorney is one of the most important factors in almost any case and for those that are in the difficult situation of suffering lung cancer from toxic exposure. Attorney Hartley is someone you can depend on for forceful, devoted representation. He has been successful in the cases of many of his clients; gaining them significant recoveries to help relieve some of the harm that they have had to suffer.
