To reserve a room at the HarrisMartin discounted rate of $399 per night for a single or double, please call the hotel and identify yourself as an attendee to this HarrisMartin conference or book your room online here. To guarantee availability and the special rate, reservations must be made by March 6, 2019. After that date, our reserved room block is released for general sale and rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Registration fee of $895.00 ($795 before February 27, 2019) includes admission to all sessions, one continental breakfast, Wednesday luncheon, refreshment breaks, a networking cocktail reception Wednesday evening, and all course materials.

Cancellation Policy
Registrants who provide notice of cancellation before 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 (one month prior to conference) will receive a full refund. Those canceling after 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, and up to 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 (one week prior to the conference) will receive a credit, minus a $100 administration fee, toward a future HarrisMartin Publishing conference or publication.
Cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 (one week prior to the conference) and up to 9 a.m. on Monday, March 25, 2019 (48 hours before the conference) are subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. The balance may be applied as a credit toward a future conference or publication subscription. Registrants who cancel after 9 a.m. on Monday, March 25, 2019 (48 hours before the conference) and registrants who have paid for the conference but do not attend without giving prior notice of cancellation forfeit a refund or credit. All credits must be used within 12 months of the date they are issued. Note: Substitutions may be made at any time.
