HarrisMartin is offering special half-day and full-day registration rates for this CLE Event.

Registration Details
Full-day registration fee includes admission to all sessions, one continental breakfast, Wednesday luncheon, refreshment breaks, a networking cocktail reception Wednesday evening, and all course materials. Full-Day Registration Fee is $795 each.
Half-day registration to the morning session (Transvaginal Mesh) includes admission to all Transvaginal Mesh-related sessions, one continental breakfast, Wednesday luncheon, morning refreshment breaks, a networking cocktail reception Wednesday evening, and all Transvaginal Mesh-related course materials. Transvaginal Mesh Half-Day Registration Fee is $495 each.
Half-day registration to the afternoon session (ACTOS) includes admission to all ACTOS-related sessions, Wednesday luncheon, afternoon refreshment breaks, a networking cocktail reception Wednesday evening and all ACTOS-related course materials. ACTOS Half-Day Registration Fee is $495 each.
Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Registrants who provide notice of cancellation before 5 p.m. EST on Monday, December 26, 2011 (one month prior to conference) will receive a full refund. Those canceling after 5 p.m. EST on Monday, December 26, 2011, and up to 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 (one week prior to the conference) will receive a credit, minus a $100 administration fee, toward a future HarrisMartin Publishing conference or publication.
Cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 (one week prior to the conference) are subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. The balance may be applied as a credit toward a future conference or publication subscription.
Registrants who have paid for the conference but do not attend without giving prior notice of cancellation forfeit a refund or credit. All credits must be used within 12 months of the date they are issued. Note: Substitutions may be made at any time.
