RALEIGH, Miss. -- A Mississippi plaintiff has filed a notice of appeal, saying he will ask the state's highest court to overturn a trial court order that threw out a $2 million non-Hodgkin's lymphoma verdict on admissibility grounds. Watts v. Radiator Specialty, et al., No. 2002-364 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Smith Cty.).

In the July 7 notice of appeal, Milton Watts specifically announces his intent to contest a trial court order granting a defense motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict in addition to the final judgment dismissing the claims with prejudice.
